Rahquel Bailey Myles is a business professional, mom and entrepreneur. With roots in New Orleans, LA and a childhood spent in Los Angeles, CA, Rahquel has always held a passion for the things that make life special and unique. Rahquel is a graduate of Spelman College located in Atlanta, GA, which is where she first began her business management journey. Shortly after graduation, Rahquel relocated back to Los Angeles, where she was able to train as a business and talent development manager for over 10 years before deciding to venture out on her own. The Bailey Boutique is a passion project dedicated to people who have big, beautiful visions for their life. Rahquel is a testament that prayer, focus and hard work are the keys to creating the life you imagine and hopes that TBB can be a resource to anyone who has a vision for their life. 

Raihana "Yannie" Jones is a Los Angeles native, mom and Project Management professional with over seven years of experience in outreach, organizing and relationship cultivation. Yannie brings joy, creativity and glamour to the Bailey Boutique team. She puts her heart into every project that she does and enjoys getting to know the clients that she works with. As a lover of all things beautiful, Yannie is profoundly gifted in both interior design and event coordination.  Yannie is the perfect Project Manager to help you manifest your dreams into reality. 

Kaeli Jacobs is a Los Angeles native, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and a talented Project Designer at The Bailey Boutique. She has been an amazing addition to the TBB team since the company's inception. With experience in brand strategy and design, Kaeli brings a fresh, trendy perspective to every project she collaborates on. In addition to her creativity on TBB projects, Kaeli leads several top initiatives for the Bailey Boutique brand, including social media content strategy and employee engagement.
